Long term injuries since RWC
-
Dafydd Jenkins and Liam Williams out of the Welsh XV, Freddie Thomas and Blair Murray take their places.
Teddy Williams and Josh Hathaway onto the bench. -
Just to about to start. 12 of the Italian lineup were victors in Cardiff last year. Can they make history again?
Two stirring renditions of the anthems, despite the rain.
-
Nearly a very early Welsh try. But the cross field kick didn't quite sit up for Josh Adams. Lively start.

"Field position is important in the game"
Genius insight from Miles Harrison
-
Lots of kicking. Nine lineouts already.
-
-
Conditions not helping but neither of these are easy sides to watch.
-
Kick over from Ben Thomas.
Italy 3 Wales 3
Cat and mouse from both teams.
-
Great finish after a good kick from Garbisi
-
Zero attacking shape to Wales' "gameplan"

Arguably the worst Welsh team I've seen in the last couple of decades, sadly.
-
Italy the more intelligent team by far.
-
Wales getting outmuscled up front so far. They did however have some success attacking the blindside, so something for them to attack in the 2nd half.
-
Italy ahead 16-3 at the break and well deserving their lead.
-
If the result stays like this then Georgia will sit above Wales in the world rankings for the first time.

Agreed
And I watched the 90s

Wales 40 minutes from what would be their 14th consecutive defeat.
