Not been impressed by Holland, very inaccurate and little impact.
His work rate is excellent but physically each individual moment is limited impact. He's like a gigantic Blackadder

Bartlett and Withy are the exception, but the Highlanders forwards are not big enough or dynamic enough to be properly competitive

Does Arscott know that if he snipes, he keeps the defence honest? Telegraphed passes to forwards standing still.
