Before and after the game coaches should be accountable to the media and the fans through the media.

But half time and during play coaches should be their for their players. Half time and start of the second half interviews are an utter waste of time. It's the pundits job to analyse the game for the fans half way through.

I am also not a fan of "Sonja" (anyone who has watched Rugby on the BBC in recent years will know who I mean) style gotcha interviews.

Saula Ma’u has had some absolutely huge minutes this season and they’ve only gotten bigger since the season has gone on. Has really stepped up a notch
