Will be a big crowd as 10K tickets have been sold on the first day of public sales.
Surely a sellout?

I doubt they'll make the change but I would like to see Sullivan start
Yes he had a shocker in a game after returning from injury but that seems like an anomaly. He's had a low error rate through his career
That extra ~10m on his kicking from hand is so useful at this time of the year

It's a major punt on his form. I think he needs to build some confidence after basically 2 years of little play.
I like Evans but he hasn't reached the same heights as what Forbes did last year and Forbes offers more as a playmaker if Christie and Barrett crumble with brain farts.

There's also the possibility that Perofeta is finally over his niggle

For the Chiefs, McAlister and Ross will be back. Ross may even start if McMillan is sentimental. Parker starting with Finau on the bench seems to be the favoured tactic.
Narawa will return but where he plays will be dependent on whether Tupaea is fit to play. If Quinn is playing, a toss-up between ENS and Wrampling (should be recovered from his shoulder injury) in the no.23 jersey. Otherwise Narawa might end up at centre with the midfield injuries.

Peni at 6, Parker at 8 and Sititi on the bench is interesting - but it’s pretty obvious Clayton wants to bash the Blues up front from the get go with big bodies and intensity.
followed by Norris and lord with sititi to run against tired bodies

@Duluth Funaki out of favour? Surprises me as I think Nock is a bit of a nothing selection. Funaki wasn't the greatest against MP, but I'd still have him ahead of Nock.
Nocks a good bench player. Overall I thought Funaki was better than Christie this season

No Tupaea is interesting
Big game for Wrampling
He got an eye injury in the last game.

Yeah the Blues loosies bashed the Chiefs loosies in last year's final so maybe he remembers that? Still Sititi on the bench is a big call.

So Choat and Segner swapping around are the only changes from last week
Segner had quite a low workrate last week. That said our lineout wasn't great against the Waratahs and maybe they think Segner coming on with Beehre provides a bit more balance to the lineout compared to Beehre and Choat?
