Saturdays game in Sydney at the SFS is officially sold out.

For Father's Day I got tickets to the Amex Garden Premium Terrace.

Saturday's forecast is 19 and clear. Into the city for lunch and drinks followed by arvo footy.

    Fuck yeah

Expecting a couple of changes to the Argies lineup for this test. Hoping for another close one.

        No.

I'm hoping the Wallabies win by 40, scoring tries that stun Gus Gould into silence and make Danny Weidler's stupid fucking head explode.

A performance that makes the ABs and Boks call off their game in pure fear and watch the replay from Sydney instead, handing over both the Bledisloe and TRC trophies in the process.

And makes Higgins declare for Australia?

              Notes:

Edmed's first start and first run on home soil - Lynagh out with a hammy strain

Paisami in for Ikitau - no reason given but assume they're resting him and working on depth.

Slipper's 149th cap. Robertson out altogether.

Williams in for Frost who has a sore back

              LSL promoted.

Nasser in for BPA - no reason given.

                Concerns for me:

Paisami is a penalty magnet these days and always goes looking for the big hit rather than the completed tackle. LSL off the bench late could be a source of penalties as well.

Hopefully both of them are given fairly strict instructions and precise roles to perform.

LSL has his shot. Hopefully he's matured enough to temper his enthusiasm a little.

I like his enthusiasm. It's the way he expresses it that needs a bit of polish.

Ikitau has been playing very well. He got the Wallabies out of danger a couple of times last weekend and then was instrumental in creating go forward.

Will be interesting to see how the turf holds up considering this is the last sporting game at the sfs for a few months whilst they rip up the turf to try and fix the drainage problem.

Meanwhile Sydney had the wettest September day in 150 years on Wednesday

First glance was surprised to see Edmed over JOC for the start.

I hope Edmed can ramp it up from what I saw in Super. But with Lynagh's wobbles (+ injury) and JOC heading overseas, this is probably a decent game to throw him in the deep end.

@NTA pal, Christy Doran, talking up the chances of re-signing Carter Gordon.

Would be great if it had legs...
