why do you need josh Jaccob?
Because Millar is a fantastic kicker with very little else to his game. Loses the ball in contact and can't break the line.
Great kicker though.

Tucker, Pledger, Naraki, Millar were all outstanding for Otago
Was also really impressed with Haig when he came on too.

Come on Razor. We need to fix our scrum. Give us our Dutchie and George Bower next week.

Haig looks back to his physical best. Threw a dodgy offload but he’s also set up 2-3 tries with them over the past few weeks as well. I’d personally start him at 6 but can see the argument for maintaining the status quo

@SouthernMann He's very promising. Looks very fast, skillful and smart.
> On the small side.
Why I wouldn't rush him too much.
He needs some physical development.
Would be horrible to break him. Have to remember two years ago he was playing first XV footy.
Take him on the AB XV. The kid has a massive future. He just needs to be managed well.
Yep I would agree with ABXV, but be wrapped if they tried him as 3rd (or 4th) 9 on NH tour. He just got everything, but most of all watch his foot placement and balance as comes in behind breakdowns. he can pivot and pass both ways so easily.

Though I will say that raggedy mo he's growing doesn't convince me he looks over 15.

Excellent finish
Clutch from Millar.
Pleasing to see the team with 3 ring in ABs get bounced. Admittedly 3 players very lucky to be ABs.....
LJ well and truly out played CLW

Jacobson was the best forward on the park, followed by Tucker. He taught the Otago loose forward trio a bit of a lesson

Be nice to see LJ translate his form to the ABs ever..... or even get on the park for the ABs this year would be a start.......

LJ also got an opportunity to play in his best position tonight. For the Chiefs he gets forced to play openside because they have every 6/8 on the national radar. The guy should be playing 8.
