    Jac Morgan
80 minute player, which is rare in this day and age
When he's not playing you understand why he is selected

    Henry Pollock - England

An explosion of energy, arrogance and charisma. Super fast for a forward, relentless at the backdown.

I’ll nominate the Aussie kid, McReight. Thought he really stepped up in that Lions series and TRC.

I can never work out which fucking way the Saffers do their loosies, but i thought this was the best year of rugby Kolisi put together. He's always sort of been the glue player who i thought was a bit overrated due to his personality.

But i thought his link play and running game went up a level this year, while not detracting from the tough stuff he is usually buried in.

Reckon i'll vote for McReight though

Hard one to call for me but I'd go Pablo Matera.

Underhill has been massive for England this year... when he has played and I think that counts against him. Matera has been good but not IMO a specialist 7 so he gets the elbow. McReight has been consistently good in an on/off Wallaby pack and I thought carried that pack when Valetini and Skelton were not picked/injured/unavailable. Hon mentions to Morgan and either/both of the Currys but McReight gets the nod for me.

I know this isn't the voting thread, but McReight is a difference maker. Incredible engine and heart.
