No , not usually. though Crusaders and the Clan is live on youtube.
They usually are, it should be the bare minimum in this day and age.
-
I'm still hoping for a live stream for this game. Surely the Blues can sort it out.

I don't think that the Blues have even released their team yet!
They obviously got their new social media manager from Temu.

Surely it's not hard for them to stream every game. Helps build hype for the season ahead as well.
We're not after a top-quality broadcast, we just want to see the footy.

Despite the forum's mantra, is there anyone going to the game that can give some insightful insights?

Canes all over it on their socials:
-
Canes leading 10-7 at the break.
Harkin and Moorby have scored for the Canes, not sure about the Blues.
-
19 a piece.
-
24-19 to the Canes at halftime.
-
Cody Vai wearing the 15 jersey.
-
Hurricanes win 44-36

Just got in from the game felt like I went for a sauna that’s lasted 2 hours
Can only imagine what the players were feeling in the heat
Standouts for me in the first 40 Baylin Sullivan I thought was very good made a couple of decent breaks also Fehi Fineangafofo who is an absolute beast with ball in hand , he smacked into Payton Spencer which saw the game ceased for several minutes fortunately Spence who just appeared to get his heading in the wrong place was walking around in the 2nd half after being trolley off
Thought Jordie Viljoen was very sharp for the Canes in the first half ran impressively when the opportunities aroseGiven the makeshift look of the Canes pack up against a decent Blues tight five in the first 40 the Canes management would be pleased
For the Blues I was seriously impressed with Malachi Wrampling at 6 this lad is a physical beast who just winds up and gets his nose through the tackle , would not surprise me if he nails down the 6 jersey
Also Torian Barnes another with a massive engine and physicality who started a 8Great to see Ofa Tuangafasi and Stephen Perofeta get through 40 minutes of rugby
The Canes rolled some of their big guns in the 2nd half and definitely showed against the what was a younger Blues pack in the 2nd
Replace Hooker Eli Oudenryn looks like he could be some player , his physicality and awareness is sharp .not sure who he hit with a big tackle but it was bloody impressive as was against one of the Canes tight forwards
Hit of the day
In summary the Canes looked bloody sharp and latched on to every opportunity especially in the first half many of there tries coming from long range pouncing on an opportunity
Blues looked direct and physical 2 tries in the first coming from lineout drives but the combo of Aki and Lam just lacked accuracy on the pass -

@Steven-Harris I hope M Wrampling gets to play more than he did under McMillan. Big and quick.
