A better squad, but still going to have a beating

      Moriarty should be livid

Hopefully we can kick & chase better and not gift the opposition easy tries and easy YCs like we did against England

Scoring a few tries would be wonderful

      That would be progress

Oof - kinda expected France to go with their B team for this. Could get ugly quickly.

@MiketheSnow Front row and back row both look better this week, but why oh why is there no Reffell there. If it wasn't for Jan Morgan, he ought to have had a hatful of caps by now. With Morgan out he really should be a shoo-in.

The backs do not inspire one bit though.

            Agree 100%

Pity is we could have France's backs and still not win

We don't win enough clean, quick ball

Very easy to defend against, especially if Shaun Edwards is in charge

              @MiketheSnow

I was fuming when England let Edwards slip through their fingers and he turned to the dark side over the river, but you lot must be flabbergasted that your people let let him go when they had him and he was happy (ish) there?

France 12-0 up after 11 minutes.

LB-B in for the second try after lots of forward work and a clever cross kick.

The Welsh loosehead prop, Carre, borrows over just as it looked like France were going to run away with it. 7-19 to the visitors.

Fast, fun game under the roof so far.

LB-B proves he is human with a terrible pass after a sublime line break.

Really impressive short passes and offloads from the big French forwards.

Attisogbe in for a try after a masterful kick from Antonie Dupont.

And the TMO has found something.

Attisogbe was offside at the kick so it's ruled out.

Wales with a rare attacking scrum. Can you do anything with it?

Jalibert in after a late Valentine day's gift by Welsh lock Adam Beard with as dumb a kick as you are ever going to see.

                                          Half time.

                                          Wales 7 France 26.

France made a massive 533 metres running past the gain line in that half.
