cardio first thin in the morn you mean? WE have to fit our training into our life, so it's weight in the morning and cardio at night. Ideally would be other way around (our trainer says), but we just can't do that with family / work / life getting in the way!

Amping now. Body is getting LEAN. Veins coming out to play doing the road map thing when I cycle through my quads and calves. Feeling lean and like a bodybuilder. And cold too - body fat down into the very low single digits now. Just over 4%. Roll on Saturday, we're ready to go...!

fucken hell - the new diurteics worked. weight this morning before breakfast 76.9kg. No wonder I feel as dry as the sahara in a particularily dry spell after a long draught in a heat wave... feel like my skin is vacum packed onto my body. All B=bloody good.

Note to self though, do NOT to two ducolax tablets (poo pills). Read instructions and take just the one. otherwis 4 hours later, the bottom falls out of the market...!!

all good to go, tanned, off to weight in an about an hour. bring it on!!

How'd you do? Hope you won something, ate everything you could find, then watched the match in an Irish bar.

Burger Fuel burger, kumara chips and normal chips, a scone and jam, chocolate muffin, coke zero, powerade, oh yeah bar, packet of seasame wheat crackers with gherkin dip... and tomorrow to come...

Won Masters Athletic and then overall athletic against the blokes that will be the real competition at Nationals. So now competitors will be guessing come two weeks time - is bart going to do masters or open?

Ness was pipped in the 35+figure, but this I think is a good thing. Why you ask (why? - thank you audience). The chick she lost to is last years Nation al champ, so she asked the judges what she needs to do. It was THAT cose between them. Answer from head judge - there is one pose where she needs to change a little thing, and she would have won tonight. Meaning that 2010 champ thinks she still has it in the bag, but we know she is toast in two weeks time.

anyway, Ness now asleep, my belly looking preggers! Was cramping up a storm on stage tonight too, not good, but trainier will no doubt sort it out. And in shower when bending over to scrub feet got cramp just under left pec - my RIB started poking out like a big egg - had to stretch arm above head and thump my own chest to get it back to where it should be - now that can't be good!!

And got the txt from nephew - watch the Ireland v Aussie game, it's a goodie. but blooy replays tomrrow as we fly home. But go you good things, might have to wear my irish jersey on Monday to work. Every night is St Patricks Day next week!

    Sunday's list...
2 more Burger Fuel burgers (we were given 2 for 1 vouchers, I still have some left for nationals), crunchy nut cornflakes and yoghurt, MacDonalds breakfast bagel, 3 scones, muffin, caramel slice, red bull x 1, mixed nuts x lots, picnic bar, oh yeah bar, and I think that is about it...

Weight this morning 84kg! Feel slightly water logged...!

Gym this morning was leg 100s etc, tough workout because of the spongy feeling from being chock full of fluids, but blasted though it with plenty of energy!!
