Just had a look at it. That happened right in front of the ref ffs.

The ref saw it clearly and called it correctly - no arms tackle off the ball - he just inexplicably forgot to pull out the YC.

Canes have just completely gone off the boil in the 2nd 40. When they're on song there's probably no team that can go with them, but they need to keep up the intensity for the full 80. Plenty to work on.
