how far out of a ruck does a ball have to be. Lions half back is playing the ball its not under a foot of a bound player the ball is a mile out.

@mariner4life it normal play up here in the NH and it gets on my wick. The refs let Webb get away with all the time.

Ankle/calf. But yes. He had a problem back in Ulster with it too if I recall.
