What Is The Good Health Exercise Routine

i need basically a fitness program for beginners. i want to tone my body. iâ€
ve heard that a good exercise is one where you hold out your arms and move them in circles. that kind of thing. i just need something laid out for me to follow and iâ€

it all starts with what you eat and drink.<br />

After that, any exercise you are doing will work better than had you not been eating right.<br />

Walking, running, swiming will all work toward toning.<br />

Alot depends where you are at right now, weight, fitness levels etc. -

I don't post a lot on here, but reading what you guys say and do inspires and it is true, IT ALL STARTS WITH YOURSELF.<br />

If you're not motivated, don't expect result. You can do your routine 7 days per week, but you still eat junk food... pointless.<br />
<br />
Work out a good plan that you can stick too. Tone it down bit by bit and the results will come. You guys actually helped me get rid of Coke. I don't crave it anymore.<br />

I was hoping the Bot would come back stronger from doing arm circles and take over New Zealand and then the world "Terminator Judgement day" styles.
