Terrible reffing. Hawkes Bay had several players go off their feet over the ball to seal it off and prevent a turnover. A classic penalty.

That wasn't even late (and if it was late was far less late then the one a moment before when the Hawkes Bay player didn't even use his arms and wasn't even penalised).
