I know it’s game one (of the real stuff that is) but it is nigh on impossible to get a TO at the ruck under these laws.

The Blues got one by having more numbers there earlier, but so far it seems like jackalling over will be super rare unless the player is totally isolated.

Too easy. Aaron Smith not communicating with his openside, still has his head in the scrum.

Bit stupid by the Landers not getting rid of that.
Really missed Rugby.
Blues look pretty good - they’ve been able to get the ball in the hands of their dangerous players. Defense has been simultaneously good, and then terrible.
But for the first game of the season, the quality is pretty good.
