Jeez, I’m not convinced that the knock on was clear and obvious enough to over turn the try

I agree. I real time I thought forward but on replay not so obvious.

Chiefs don’t deserve shit though to be fair.

Yep, one of those nights when the Chiefs don’t earn or deserve the 50/50 moments.

Great composure from the young debutant not to react. Says a lot about him as he would be pumped up

Both teams have forgotten how wide the field is. Jags against thirteen, don't go wide. Then chiefs, who also don't take the three, try to go up the middle where jags have been great all game. Both sides utterly lacking rugby intelligence

I reckon that penalty was harsh - looked like the ball was well out when Messam went forward.

This has been a Blues like performance from the Chiefs.
I suppose you get that when half the team is only NPC quality.

Possible - I was watching the ball more.

Reckon Colin Cooper got this one wrong with Retallick: once Cane and Boshier were out it was time to play Retallick for 80 against this pack.

Rather than use him for just 20 minutes and have it not count as one of his games out for the AB’s.

How is that not a penalty? Last defender knocking the ball forward should be an automatic penalty.

Castrated by the Chiefs. I guess the life of a male feminist awaits me.

                              Well played Jaguares.

So wait until after the hooter to actually play? What an embarrassment of a performance - hats off to the jags defence tho, great tackling and took advantage of the lack of off side policing

Parete saves the Chiefs with a bonus point.

Otherwise the Chiefs were outplayed by a much better and more committed side. Forwards were outplayed and the backs were disorganised on attack and occasionally casual on defence.

Feeling in full Get off My Lawn mode...

Full credit to the Jaguares. I think we can now say that their introduction to SR two years ago was justified (unlike the Moondogs).

How many times has a Chiefs pass been partially intercepted or knocked back by a Jaguares hand tonight?
                                          At least 7 or 8 I reckon.
There has been a lot of flinging the ball in hope and not a lot of finesse or timing.

                                          Well done Jaguares.
Pleased to see them doing well, but fuck did it really have to come against two limp dicked performances from NZ teams?
