@Rancid-Schnitzel I just edited your post. At the moment if you don't put the "@" symbol before the name when you hit quote, they don't get notified.

@rancid-schnitzel when uploading an image from your device, you click on the cloud with the up arrow, find the picture and upload.

From the web you right click the image, copy/paste the image link...although on android I tend to save the image then use the upload function.

Chose to sleep in a bit yesterday, then put it off and felt like shit. Stupid.

Made up for it today. Chest and biceps plus some rowing+push up supersets. Might also go for a light run today.

I should add that I quizzed the woman on Wednesday about male "gardening". She said that she prefers a hairless chest but couldn't give a shit about "down there". Told you. It's a guy thing!
