TSF Super Rugby Tipping 2019

Yes it's back - this will be the 14th season we have run this competition. For bonus points, list all the players who played in 2006 who will play this season (Nonu is the first one I can think of).
This is the thread for updates, results and comments - register interest here especially if you haven't played before. I'll also post to the Facebook group which I am sure will be seen by more people than this thread. 2 weeks today for the first game, the tipping form will go live this week.

Pocockwomble is one. Quite a few like Franks, Read, Leiliafano, Cooper, Genia started 2007.
AAC, I think, may be the only other. The older/longer serving Saffas all ran overseas even though some may still be selected at home if they were there.
Just the three I think and Nonu is by far the most experienced player in the comp in his 16th!!!! season of Super Rugby

Still feels like it should be cricket tipping season, but sounds like it's time to hit the concrete like grounds of preseason tipping training...

@Donsteppa you must be thinking of Super 10 even...I checked, 1997 first game of S12 was on last day of Feb

@taniwharugby that must mean it's well over 20 years since they dropped the "Wellington" etc parts of the name. Interesting.

@Bones nah I expect when they updated the names it was retrospective as the 96 season shows them without Auckland/Wellington etc?

There's an idea the "MN5 Cup" for those with a passing interest in rugby for the last 10-20 years unless it's the ABs.
