The ABs have a big problem at 10. Right now we're reliant on Beauden's confidence being high, and his 'X' factor plays coming off.

I am far from convinced that is going to win us tight tests come the pointy end of the RWC. At least one of those games, if not all three, will be an in the trenches fucking war.

    DMac... Yeah nah.

Mo'unga... untested. Is used to getting a free ride behind a pack that is three times better than the next best. How will he handle it when the AB pack is getting battered by the monstrous Irish?

Might be a discussion worthy of it's own thread but it's a big concern at the moment.

Oh true? Fuck, like, literally no one has noticed that over the past year and a bit.

    Well now I'm worried

Snarky fluffybunny. If we didn't debate the same shit over and over we'd run out of shit to talk about pretty quickly.

I was thinking the other day we look a bit unsettled in the 6 jersey.

A bit left field but I reckon there's a bloke at the Blues who could cover 6 and 8 if given a chance.

No you weren't you fucking liar. You were telling us how sorted we are with 4 Highlanders in place to carry us

Hemopo looks like a lock playing 6 tonight by the way

Tell ya what. We'll field a whole team of blindsides and still beat the Chiefs.

Although he knocked it on this is best I've ever seen Josh Dickson play. Always been slight and not physical but has added some size and strength to athletic element of his game.

Back on the game. After 17 mins Canes had made 9 tackles, Landers 34.

            Now it's 84-85. Bit of a swing.

                        DMac... Yeah nah.

Mo'unga...

Nah that bloke doesn't run on to the ball like Whitelock, um Ardie, um somebody does.

The future is clearly Fifita, he has been barnstorming so far.

I think DLB was rightly penalised for that mo

Only Daniel Lienert-Brown could give a penalty to that Hurricanes scrum.

@Chris I think he was scared of actually Tevita Li making a tackle so gave in.

Another against DLB. I thought he was supposed to have gained muscle mass over the preseason?
