                @Yeetyaah he’s played for Scotland U20s ,big unit though, listed as 6’4 105 kgs..only 23 years old..not sure how the eligibility works given he’s played for his country at under 20 level

                  @Steven-Harris You can play for whoever you like if you've only played Under 20s for your country, it's 7s where you can't but it changed after 7s became an Olympic sport, where you can play 15s for another country if you switch and play 4 sevens tournaments for the country you want to swap to like how Tim Nanai-Williams did. Hope that made sense haha.

                      @Steven-Harris You can play for whoever you like if you've only played Under 20s for your country, it's 7s where you can't but it changed after 7s became an Olympic sport, where you can play 15s for another country if you switch and play 4 sevens tournaments for the country you want to swap to like how Tim Nanai-Williams did.                                     It's no longer possible now, but I think it was South Africa that had nominated their U20 team as their ‘next senior representative team’ under Regulation 8, but there were more countries.

                                    Edit: found it. From the link below:

                                    Unions affected by this rule include: Belgium, Chinese Taipei, England (women), Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Scotland (women), and South Africa.
