Awful game..Samoa have dropped their standards.,both yellow cards I have no issue with in fact I would have not had an issue if Motu Matu’u had been red carded ..

Russia really only have 4 or 5 decent players on the park - 6, 7, 9, 11 and 15 - so it’s a struggle when they have possession and try to move it wide and these guys aren’t involved.
Lots of dropped ball and poor execution from both sides.

Their reasoning, even if the ball carrier had dipped slightly the responsibility is on the tackler to dip more.

@Steven-Harris I'm already reading on Twitter that if Samoa had played NZL, Wales, England etc,, Samoa would have copped two red cards. Because it's "only" Russia, it's two yellows.
Still conspiracy theories, just not against the Pacific Islands, but against another tier 2 country.
