A stuff article hinted at a couple of changes.

Akira and Robinson on the bench and maybe Gibson starting for an injured Lamborn

The Blues instagram seems to suggest Plummer will start

Assuming the darker blue is the likely side maybe Perofeta at fullback (or bench)? Goodhue gets the nod ahead of Pierce?

Saw a photo of Lamborn in hospital on his instagram. Maybe just for stitches, but not sure.

Not surprised by Perofeta losing the 10 jersey, he really needs to be nailing those kicks at sticks

I rate Plummer highly, think he could go really well. The kicks he nailed in the Mitre10 Final were critical - and he's developing well I think. Optimistic, I am 🙂

Very high chance of rain in Newcastle on Saturday.

That might also play into their thinking - not sure that suits Perofeta's game.

Our forwards were great last weekend - except for a maul defence and a few lineouts. Physically around the field we were dominant, particularly in the scrum. Hopefully wet weather suits us and hides the quailty of our 9

Cos Parsons has been so successful as a leader in the past decade...

First the Blues get an English journeyman and now they're using NH naming conventions. Grrr.

                                          Disappointed but not surprised.

So they drop the well performing Robinson and replace him with the poor performing Goodhue.

They stick with the same failed halves combination.

They bring in the slowest outside back in the competition.
