That was a great try saver by TJ. Saved us 5, maybe 7 points there.

Fun game but result looks inevitable.

Back for back Crusaders are better.

Blues forwards look good except for Parsons.

Eklund can't throw either but would be happy to see him.

Blues attack Perofeta standing deep a lot.

Telea getting exposed under high ball

                  Saders scrum going very well.

Sotutu looks like a bonafide gun.

That’s was unbelievable, the Blues actually won a quick heal, but dicked around holding it in the scrum...the Saders got a march on and picked up the penalty ..they are just not a smart team..

we're definitely improved on last year though. There's yet mroe hope ... the only commodotiy we deal with here as Blues supporters

I think we are. Way more structure, clarity about what we're trying to do - we just seem to have brain farts where we regress. Overall, though, I'm happy with what I'm seeing compared to teh Tana years, the JK years, FFS everyone back to Sir Graham

I don’t even know how describe that first half ,but I will have crack..
Firstly, we would have been better off trying to coerce an ageing Dan Carter to the Blues, at least we would have some sort of game management and someone who can kick goals..
For every on brilliant thing Perofeta can do, there’s about 6-9 things he does badly ..
if we are relying on goal kicking to win this game ,you count that out..

Have been watching Ruru closely..his speed from hand to foot on the box kicks is alarming slow..

This is not a Crusaders version of previous years, but you just suspect they will take everything the Blues throw at them ,and capitalise on anything on offer ..

Hate to say say it, but this 2nd half could be a long one, at least the food in the press is top draw.,!

The Merhts wankfest is a bit much.

Criminal by hungus Reece ignoring Goodhue in the first half. And what's with the ref ignoring the Waders getting up with the ball after being tackled?

                                    Great ball.

Blues need to back themselves or kick very deep. No more bombs!

We really miss the Ioanes on attack.

we're definitely improved on last year though. There's yet mroe hope ... the only commodotiy we deal with here as Blues supporters

I'm not sure we are to be honest.

I think we are. Way more structure, clarity about what we're trying to do - we just seem to have brain farts where we regress. Overall, though, I'm happy with what I'm seeing compared to teh Tana years, the JK years, FFS everyone back to Sir Graham

Leon coached last year. They had the same structure.

really? I'm seeing more direction, better forward play ... ever hopeful I guess

That’s was unbelievable, the Blues actually won a quick heal, but dicked around holding it in the scrum...the Saders got a march on and picked up the penalty ..they are just not a smart team..

Blues had all this last year. Lineout maul defense looks better I will say.

So Paul Williams provides no commentary to the players and then just blows a penalty.

                                          Really?
