    Another week flies by

Good training with 3 heavy weight sessions, 50km in the saddle and this morning did a high intensity session which consisted of

    50 burpees
    3 mins skip
Barbell bench 50 reps superset with 50 reps of bb leg raises (did in 10s)
Kb swings super set with decline crunches - same 50 rep approach
Battleropes superset with cable push downs and cable curls - 20 sec ropes then 20reps of each on cables X 3
    Overhead press dropsets - 30/20/10kg to failure x 3
Toe to bar x 50 reps

Oh and 20mins on the bike to finish but was bit of a cruise to be honest. Spent most of the time watching the swimming at the para swimmign world champs or whatever it's called. A few guys doing butterfly with no arms were awesome, pretty much just porpoising. The dive in looked hilarious tho and as for the final touch with their heads to finish the race....ouch!

    Wtf is all this shit......

Anyways, quick post to say still alive and still training, not just punting.

First week back in Auckland for a while and have been to the gym twice already (this year). Trained legs for first time today and felt really good. Light deadlifts, leg extensions, hack squats, hip thrusts, seat calf raises etc.

Been riding a lot in recent times. Mainly offroad / trials etc but a bit on road too. Nothing too serious and certainly no lycra but can understand why they wear that stuff as the other day as I was powering away in to the wind in my roosters shorts and the old fella snuck his head out for a look on more than one occasion. Enjoying the rides though, as I am sure that people walking the streets are too.

Actually did one brutal ride while down at the beach and went around a wetlands trail that a couple of people said 'could' be rideable. I can assure you it wasnt and there were a few instances I had to carry the bike while I climbed and came across a couple of runners/walkers who commented they had "never seen anyone crazy enough to take a bike up here". Anyway, it was about 15km and over 400m elevation gain - approx 1,300 cals for the hour of power.

Otherwise, just keeping fit and even if I'm not overly jacked at the moment, i'm certainly more tanned than usual.

    Still here still training.

Getting 5 days in at the moment - back&bi, chest and tri, 60mins ride, legs, shoulders and arms over the course of the week. Ride most days for 20-30mins at end of training meaning i'm covering about 50km a week.

My actual bike is in bits so only gym riding at the moment and nothing out on the trails unfortunately.

Am back squatting too which is a real treat. Slowly building up the weights.

Ha ha had no doubt you were still training and kicking ass. Has all that riding helped with the knee? from memory you'd had a few niggles with one of them? Man, nothing as good as a squat session brah. Awesome you are back under the bar!

Yeah its helped heaps I reckon. Maybe not the trail riding but just the general spin and riding for fitness has been good.

Currently doing deads (or rackpulls as alternate weekly) on Mondays and squats thurs. Going well

    Back from the dead....maybe!

Couple of days real good training. Been in the gym Fri/Sat/Sun and will hit Mon to Fri this week before long weekend off. Been training at a local gym Allfit that had 10 days for $10 so thougtht why not. Decent gym too, local and a few hotties. Can not complain.

Bobbys new gym (well location) opens next week which should be good

Outside of gym plenty of riding and a little bit of running. Will aim for a weekly run now that I'm back in the gym.

Gymmed yesterday for push session and today was gonna be legs but ended up following a hottie in to a spin class and next thing ya know I'm doing cardio. Good sweat and chat. Chick actually not as not as hot as I firdt thought, prob as I focused on legs and ass at first and didnt see the what was above. Also appears to have a few issues....standard I guess.

Maybe run later today, see how legs are feeling.

Still here well there, well somewhere.

Trainings good - 5 days a week shifting tin at dawn and trying to get a bit of a ride in at the end to get the riding fitness.

Decent blast out of the trails last weekend but a bit apprehensive after my crash a few weeks ago. Will get the confidence back soon I'm sure

Haven't run for a couple of weeks. Will try for next Tuesday night

Works out of control at the moment so surviving on only 4-5hr sleep most nights

Still working like a dog so not training with the intensity I'd like but feels like getting back in to it.

At least the weathers been crap so not missing out on much mountain biking. Did manage a decent 20km ride on weekend whilst down the beach. Quick swim too. Farken cold

Busy as fark lately with work but kept as the training as needed it to keep me sane.

Took Friday off after hit a big deadline and rode woodhill 23km on trails. Good fun

Sat hit the gym for arms session, been ages since I trained just arms. Was decent.

Another good ride today, this time road and local reserve trails etc. Still a very solid couple of hours

Can feel like some really good training to come next few weeks. Should be good
