Serious question, does going into the second half wipe the penalty slate clean? Ref have the Blues a warning and they're still conceding penalties in their half but no card?

That's pretty normal, is not how it should be but it is three way it is. Same as someone should get a yellow, but the opposition get a try, it gets forgotten. Normally
