Minor UI changes

I just applied a couple of small changes. The most obvious one is square avatars. Also the avatars are a bit larger at tablet/pc screen sizes

I've been using this for a week and most things seems to be working ok.

yup. All the characters are stretched

What does it mean by "Your connection to this site is not fully secure" , that seems new to me, I don't think it used to have the triangle in the browser address bar before, just seen someone else's screenshot above has it too.

I like the large avatars. It does make the unassigned letter ones stand out though.
