If Aaron Cruden wants to come back into the All Blacks, shouldn't he do some of the goal kicking? He isn't even trying?

I'd like to say a little from column a and a little from column b, but actually the ref is pretty good. Chiefs' mistakes and Kings' set piece/maul are what makes the game closish.

No 100, but that kick after the penalty certainly made them look 2nd division.. 
I think they need to focus on their kicking game, they'll survive via set piece, if anything...

Maybe I'm nuts, but it looks like the kings actually respect the offside line, which is hurting them. Chiefs make really easy meters around the ruck, mainly because the Kings are back and slow on coming forward.
