Australia to play much smarter than NZ did last weekend.

    Comfortable 11-16 winning margin.

Play much smarter but still lose?

    Oz for the win

I really have no idea, but it will be hard for there puma to back up that almost perfect effort. One handling error all game

Interesting link to Puma tackle practice:

Note they look to stop and push sideways rather than back?

And little steps to keep momentum after initial hit.

        Not seen that before.

I think Argentina have blown their load and will get hammered. Hope not. Inviting an Argentinian who has recently moved in down the road to watch this. Good bloke. Does a mean bbq.

Argies and Saffas absolutely shit all over kiwis and aussies in this regard.

As my SA mate says, he cooks a braai, kiwis just burn things outside sometimes.....

And Uruguay pisses all over them both.
I was sorely disappointed by Argie barbies/steaks. Uruguay... (insert some sort of Samuel-L-Jackson saying DAAAAAMN gif)

Probably simulating their defensive structure where they're pushing outward.

And little steps to keep momentum after initial hit.

That was interesting. The training is usually fast feet going into contact then passive after.

Combine the two things and it is probably a strategy to get turnovers - sideways tackle makes a bigger gate and clears the way for the first man arriving.

About to kick off. I'm stuck with Gordon Bray and Matt Burke. Thinking that I still had a few days on that free Foxtel trial and wondering if Clarke et al would be better.

Wallabies up 3-0 after some fairly regulation play upfield.

Then Paisami runs instead of kicking, and gives a penalty inside the 22 which will bring it to 3-all

Wallabies making ground fairly well but we don't have the pace to get past their scramble.

                    First scrum. Here we go

Good contest so far, if only we could exit like Argentina, they pretty much make half way nearly every time. We struggle to get out of our 22.

@akan004 we are playing a few different running options and our ruck ball is quicker.

Beaudie would have gone for a drop kick on advantage.
