Reds certainly have the dominant scrum but how come in other games this season refs have called for the ball to be used once it is at the 8s feet? <br>
I thought this was a good change to stop penalty milking. <br>
A dominant scrum should give you good ball with a defence on their heels not a penalty just because.

That's just crap reffing. Reds have clean ball to work with. They were under no disadvantage from the scrum going down then back up. Then after 3 passes he goes back for the penalty.
