Nothing too exciting. I'm just updating to the latest software version etc

Haven't done this for about 6 months so there's probably going to be a couple of minor issues afterwards (we have a couple of customisations on top of the base code)

How long will it take? Probably 45mins.

I'll try to improve the look of that fixed header inside the threads and the scroll counter on desktops

Plenty of alignment issues I need to fix too.

Refresh every now and then and you'll get the latest fixes

This is why I haven't updated for a while.. I knew they fucked with the layout. It sucks doing this without a dev server to play with first

It's all low risk stuff. They changed the html and we have custom css

Yeah - I was losing my shit... after lunch, 4 pints down, and looking to punctuate sporadic work with Fernin'... and it just don't fucking exist any more.
Options:
A - go back to work, spend time on what I'm paid to do.
B - try different browsers, consider updating my PAC file with a specific entry for TSF to bypass work proxies, wallow in a mire of despair

Take a wild guess at what my afternoon was spent doing.

If you’re on a phone remember that setting is at the top of the slideout menu

mine has if i use "Edge"...and then i couldn't like your comment or reply or even Direct Message to say so, nothing worked

login in using Chrome and all seems ok...but Edge if F'd up

I'm on IE at work and it doesn't even say how long ago a post was made etc. In a bright white theme too.

Yes IE is a bit fucked.

I'll fix what I can when I can. The problem is that it doesn't render like other browsers and so special exceptions have to be made for people on IE.

Dark mode is lowest priority. It appears the plugin is not loading at all (eg not related to customisations). This is only on IE.

there actually several issues with edge, like when i click the "noticifications" it opens a whole new page, not just a drop down, plus the not being able to reply, quote or like
