@yeetyaah so, last year we only one the first game due to a droppie by someone playing for you now and the second in the final play of the game thanks to a sio try

...sio well over due for a card and gatland playing for you...you the fav mate 😉

    Hahaha, nice try bro.

Also Sio being carded is just the normal way things work, I'd assume every Highlanders game plan factors that in.

I'm not sure Gatland playing for us is a positive.

@nepia just plan for him to be absent in general i think, either carded or just no effect on the game.....

will Gatland start? all jokes aside he was a much better player last year than when i first saw him for the Landers against the Rebels a few years ago, think Brownie has had an influence

@tim well I'm sure they won't mind a helping of Brown sauce to go with those chips.

Of course, when the same fixture comes around next year... the thread gets recycled?
To be honest, I kinda like that idea - every year you'd be reminded of what happened last time.

We get a discount on our ticket prices and official merchandise, and priority purchase rights to All Blacks tests.

Members also get to choose their allocated seats every season. This year the seats will have our names on them in case we get lost. 😉

Anyway, I've registered so fingers crossed.

@bovidae yeah all stuff I don't mind missing out on, always wanted to go to an AB's game but I'm too much of a tight ass to spend $100 on the cheapest tickets.

                                    there it is, Fakatava starting

interesting Hunt back to 15 so quickly, not mad as he played well there last year, i imagine we'll see a hunt to 10 and Alaimalo to 15 in the second half

Disappointed to see Hunt at fullback. I thought perhaps it might be a shitty forecast for Friday and the Highlanders were expecting a kicking game, but the weather looks good.

Still would like to see TUJ get a run, but sounds like he had a good Christmas.

Excited to see Fakatava start, certainly shows we are doing everything we can to keep him in blue and gold.
