Really? There is head contact at loads of rucks every game. It's just random what they pull up and show slow motion replays of. I'm really over it, unless it clear cut foul play it's just a waste of everyone's time, creates inconsistency in the officiating, and takes away from the spectacle.

Player not involved in play who is off their feet, who is taken out without knowing it is coming, and it is a shoulder to the head.

He was involved in the tackle, on his knees, and could easily stand up and have a crack at a turnover. He had to he cleaned out, and like loads of clean outs there is often a bit if head contact. I can't stand them using the TMO for everything.

Bullshit. He was off his feet, off to the side of the ruck which had already formed which meant he couldn't attempt a turnover.
