I had to look it up, but they only reference the arm in other sections.

SO yeah, interesting. Mind you, the laws as written, adn the laws as applied are completely different

because the standard of refereeing is abysmal. I love me the Blues, but that was clear as day

If you card a player a metre from the line with a maul going forward, why not award the try under the posts?
