@crucial I know, that's why I spoke up for the poor wee Crusaders. They need love too.
let them cry themselves to sleep cuddling all those trophies
Trophies are quite cold when you are cuddling them to sleep. I should know, I got a trophy when I won the under 11s tennis champs at Burwood back in the day. I used to be a big deal in those parts.
@crazy-horse I can understand why you moved away. Must have been quite tough growing up in the limelight.

@bones it was mate and that's why I won't stand for a bad word against Prince Harry. I know what he has been going through.

@kiwiwomble Yeah, they play 3 consecutive rounds in NZ. Why go back?

@stargazer so we think most likely to be called a draw? if so we're out of the running for final

@kiwiwomble Not necessarily. They're basing the decision on "all facts". One of the facts is the current win/loss record of teams in this competition and the effect the decided outcome has on the position of teams on the table. Considering that the Rebels couldn't even make the finals in Super AU, they may decide that a win to the Highlanders would have been the most likely outcome of the game. I think the biggest question is whether they'll award the Highlanders a bonus point (I also think that's very likely) and the points margin.

really? thats seems very subjective, upsets happen so if i try and be impartial a draw seems fairest if annoying. Id be annoyed at "COVID" rather than the rules
-
@kiwimurph Considering the news came out yesterday, they may have isolated the team immediately. Well, hopefully they did, because that will help their case. Time enough for at least two COVID tests, a minimum of 5 days apart, after isolating the squad.

The Rebels were hoping to relocate to Sydney and then fly to Queenstown but were unable to secure enough seats in time.

@kiwiwomble I said "they may decide", not "they will decide".

Latest Stuff says theres a backup plan for them both to meet in Sydney, makes sense to get the game done.
