@anonymous Almost nil. Both the Blues and Crusaders would need to lose tomorrow.

@gt12 yeah, with 15min left we had the time to play it smart…but we went for lots of box kicks

The idea wasn’t bad but the execution was terrible.

Bloody good second half by Highlanders.

Brumbies scored the same number of points as last week in their win - 12.

The debutant Brumbies hooker made Coltman look like the best lineout thrower in the world.

Great performance by Aaron Smith, schooled Nick White.

Again, haven't read the thread as only 50 minutes in. But what the fuck is wrong with a player who takes a quick tap on a penalty with the sole initial intention of kicking the ball away? Let alone kicking the fucking thing out.

After how many fucking first class games. Fuck me.

In a suburban home in Canberra:

    Where are you going Tarquin?
I'm off to the rugby to do some booing mummy
Good cis boy, make sure you boo so much that you cry.
    Like daddy does, mummy?
Yes, my non binary darling, just like daddy.
Is my hat in the back window of the car?
    Yes my non gender child
    Boooooooo!
Oh my little brumby fan is growing up. Love you dear, unless I find an unsavoury tweet. Remember, a non booed decision is an opportunity wasted.

(Yes I have. I've attributed all the worlds ills to brumby supporters 🙂)

@kiwiwomble great win though wasn't it mate? Just catching the replay. Dermody has done a bang up job. All without our best forward of the season.

2021 a real success. A final or final win would be the icing but the cake is also very tasty without it
    👍

Thought the physicality from the Brumbies was good but FFS hang onto the ball! So much bullshit touch-rugby passing and that grubber kick at the end when they were hot on attack was a fucking joke.

Oh, and that Renton guy should have been penalised and warned for trying to grab ankles in the Brumbies maul. That's right in front of the officials and utter fucking bullshit besides.

Some thoughts. Billy Harmon is just a huge force at the moment. I am surprised by the lack of recognition he is getting. They must be looking at him for the ABs surely! For the size of Pari Pari, it seems he goes into contact pretty gently although to be fair, it might look like that because he is so big (slow motion effect).
And it doesn't need to be said but Aaron Smith....just how good is this guy?

And although the talent is spread and that weakens their teams, once the Wallabies get all the parts together, they are going to have a very handy team. That Brumbies 6 is a bloody physical player!

@old-samurai-jack I always thought Harmon was the best 7 at the Crusaders, but he'd always get injured at the wrong time while there. He's a far more rounded 7 than Christie.

It was a great move for Billy to go South. More game time and a chance to really shine. Both SRA and SRTT he’s been superb.
