I’m late to this thread so apologies for what must be a #booboo but who the fuck thought these Jersey combinations should be a good idea?

The same guy who doesn't see a problem with the Wallabies having orange match jerseys and yellow for everything else

I think it’s good they went back to the old jersey colour.

It's more the half arsed effort of changing the colour that annoys me. Getting the massive jersey (that they have on the ground during the anthems) in the orange but having the massive logo in the yellow makes it look terrible. Either do it properly or not at all.

    Don't have the money.

Kellaway. Another try on a great inside ball. His strike rate is almost as good as an All Black.

Argies defended well but offside multiple times, height tackles etc.

    Forward pass?

Thought so too, often happens when the inside pass comes after running across the field, but like that the try was given.

Like Kaitu'u on that set off phases as well - fast to the breakdown and keeps his feet, eyes up.

    Lucky to get that penalty

Koroibete and O'Connor lacking vision for their support players there

Rust from JOC not helping. Forget the trick plays. Just go through the middle - argies aren't contesting rucks

JOC had Tate open on his left there. Draw pass try

Wallabies lost a bit of their shape in that 2nd half, Argies are just a limited team overall, lacking the skills and intelligence. Way better watch overall than the dross served up earlier, though. Wallabies might feel they "lost" the BP, as they weren't as clinical as they should have been in the 1st half, but overall deserved result for both teams.

I think Kellaway was probably better than Kerevi tonight overall

Ball went Kellaway’s way a plenty. He also went looking for the work.

I missed bits and pieces because I had the AFL GF on the big screen and the Wallabies on the iPad, but how many tries did he score?

@act-crusader Kellaway got one, nearly had a second, and basically didn't make a mistake.

Koroibete will head home to his new baby and not play next week according to Rennie's post match.

Also hinted a couple of other changes. We can't win TRC so a few tweaks to give game time is not something I'm against.

When they're executing their patterns you can see the foundations of a very good team in the Wallabies, but then they just fade out of matches for too long.

Quade's maturity and Kerevi's form have made a huge difference.

@nta Kellaway is the antithesis of a Wallaby back. Just does the things he's supposed to do properly and reliably and has no real flash or, god forbid, 'x-factor'.

    Shit just isn't Australian.

You are the most consistent poster on TSF. When the Wallabies are doing well you tear into them, when they do well you tear into them as well. 3 games in a row, taking down the RWC champion. I guess one is sheer frustration the other mock outrage but if I was a Wallaby I'd wonder what could possibly make you happy.

@nostrildamus I read that as tongue in cheek appreciation -- but perhaps I was wrong

@nzzp yes I think it is, just that given what Derpus was saying when the Wallabies were losing, a bit of sunshine when they win 3 games in a row would be nice ...
