Wow can't believe that call against Australia.
Ball went back. Ref got that right.
@sparky you’re as blind as the ref and the TMO.
Welsh player facing his try line and he then picks it up at his feet. That is knocked on and deliberate at that. Penalty against Wales.
-
Ref has no clue scrum time
Wales should have been penalised off the park

@act-crusader Nope.

Fuuuuuuck meeeeee. What an absolute farce. Swinging arm to the head of a prone player on the ground a metre from the breakdown.

@sparky said in Wales v Australia:
Yellow card against Gareth Thomas. Reckless. Could easily have been Red.
What was the mitigation?

Either:
(a) He was trying to wrap his arms or
(b) Reffing consistency is fucked. -

@bones Ref said it was a wrap around. Looked like a swinging arm to me against a man on the ground. Should have been a Red.

Wrap around what? It was direct to the head. It doesn't matter what you're wrapping if it's aimed at the head.
that's quite the fucked up hypocritical call.
