Ok ok 18months after the last post on this - IM BACK!!

114.8kgs of blubber - beer, fast foods, cheese, 2nd helpings, carbs, pastries, no exercise and 10.8kg heavier....

Had the fast bastards forty meter annual camp sprint on news years eve and even managed to pull ha hammy!!!

So in pain, decided that was it!! xzxflag_of_truce

I've this week joined the gym, sorted a exercise programme and after this weekend (catching up with the whanau) will sort the diet and beer intake as well.....

Will post progress etc
Hey! We're of similar size by the looks of things!! (I'm 122 kegs) If you want a competition, I'm up for it!!! We'll put something on it that would be great to win, i.e 2 tickets to the AB's v SA in Hamilton or something.!!!

If you're keen, let me know. I need more motivation than just being called a fat bastard or the occasional harpoon from offshore whizzing over my head
Willie 114.8 you Hooroo 122 are probably giving Willie a 3 1/2 week head start.

Mind you that's better than the 5 1/2 I'm giving you. xzxflag_of_truce

So I don't think I'll be joining in your little race.

Weight week one 114.3kg a loss of .5kg

Pretty happy, as the weekend was all about eating and drinking with the whanau. Can now concentrate on the diet as well as the exercise.

First gym session yesterday, happy with the programme that im on. Motivation is good also, so all positive stuff.

Gonna pass on a the bet thanks though Hooroo, this weight thing of mine is gonna need to be a lifestyle change that needs to stay forever with me, rather than a lose all you can in a set time frame. I did that with the 12 week challenge and although lost 12kgs in the 12 weeks, was intense and so at the end the motivation to keep going wasn't there, then bad habits resumed and the weight came back. Cheers though.

Is Hooroo still running the Auckland marathon? And is he really 122 kegs? I got on the scales at Caltex Te Aroha today and weighed in at 106 but I find it hard to believe. Im staying off the grog until I drop to 100.

Sorry about the quick hijack Willie.

Na, same one. Did it in the Whanga Half marathin that I was doing for a training run. Tripped on a curb and all my weight went on it and it collapsed again.

Weight 112.3kgs - lost 2kgs exactly last week. Amazing what the food and piss component does to losing weight haha

Gym going good, loving the programme and being able to go for a swim after the gym is awesome. TeRapa Pools gym a great decision so far...

I stopped drinking piss on New Years Day and havent touched a drop since. Its amazing although Im still yonks of peak fitness how Im starting to feel more focussed, getting the edge back. Im eating less also but still too much shit. Just did 1.5 hours of good training tonight but blotted my copybook with a trip to Maccas.

In my case I have to get my kids to sleep early so I can get a decent sleep. If kids are still restless around by the time that 'Dog the Bounty Hunter' in due to start, there is fark all chance I will be up at six and off for a run/waddle.

Weighted in this morning a trimmer 110.6kgs down a further 1.7kgs from last Monday and 4.2kgs overall.
Could have been better too, I was 110.3 on Friday before a weekend at Whangamata eating heaps of dead bbq'd animal and drinking heaps of Waikato with Bartman and Fonz.....arrh great night chaps, like the old days....
Still happy with the 1.7, tough week ahead with the sevens and loads of drinking and shit food ahead this weekend too, so big effort early in the week on exercise and diet and see what happens....
