They don't tend to police long throws like that. No idea why

@aucklandwarlord unfortunate contact happens a lot around Clarke. I don't think we should be excusing reckless, dangerous play as unfortunate.
He's the player that forced the unfortunate contact, through reckless and dangerous actions. Maybe he needs to change?

I wish the refs would go hard on that. We’d have less head injuries if those joining a ruck had to stay on their feet.

How about heads not below hips? That's never even thought of being enforced
