@SouthernMann for a guy that has played NZ7s, he seems to have zero ability to beat a man, last year at least he had good leg drive and got the gain line while buying time for his support too, this year, bar maybe 1 or 2 games, he has offered buggar all going forward, and even his straight on defence has been suspect, again, somerhing that was a strength.

I dunno - both players were off their feet playing the ball. Smith gave up pretty quickly and got out of the way to allow the ball to come quickly. PK against Smith would have been harsh.

@Damo fair call, but for me he did enough while off his feet to affect the next phase to warrant a penalty.

Good lineout strategy by the Rebels to push the lifter out of the way. I bet on average you get away with that.

Foolish from Clan to try and score immediately and throw no look passes. Just hold the ball after a break.

@Damo I really hate games this late on a Sunday afternoon. They've given me a reason to be keen to watch. Agree it shouldn't have been the case though.
