I don't think it's in the bag for them. They're going to be tired against the Blues (or the Brumbies) and the Blues don't have the keystone cops in the backs. The Chiefs have blown at least 2 tries which would have made this a close game, the Blues wont blow as many opportunities.

Yep, everyone commenting on how dire the Chiefs have been, but for all that it's still a margin of 13 points in Christchurch against an apparently mud backline. No guarantees for the Crusaders at (likely) Eden Park necessarily...

Yep I thought Brad Weber was ordinary, kept going same way all the bloody time. But really Crusader cut off all options really. That was what you call a semi final, pretty good.

Only watched the second half, but the Chiefs have been dire. Jacobson was dominated by Valentini, and I guess he did nothing tonight.

He contributed to a forward performance that won an absolute gluttony of possession. Despite playing in a fairly unfamiliar position. And certainly not his fault if that possession was squandered at every post.
Jacobson was one of the Chief's best all season, without performers like him they would be nowhere near playoffs at all. Ridiculous that some suggest he won't make the All Blacks. Baby out with the bathwater stuff.
