Selections and subs are always a bit of a mystery in NZ U20 rugby, because it's not about the win and all will get game time, but why is Miller still on the field and has Cashmore replaced Hurley?

Yep he replaced Hurley.

Ill-discipline of the Fijians is getting worse; frustration no doubt. Totally unnecessary how that Fijian forward still dived on Sititi after he had already scored the try. Not penalised because of the try, but I don't like it.
