NZ line-out, we go wide .. and Cam Miller butchers it.

I don’t rate Millar that highly
Cashmore and Godfrey look a lot better.

@Chris Agree. There are a few more that are disappointing. Higgins is one of them.

NZ get a penalty and go for the line-out in Argentina's 22.

    Good run from Lakai.

That was good from Higgins. Offload to Joel Lam, who scores the third try.

Or not? We're going to the TMO ...

Ah, they were checking whether Higgins' pass was forward. It wasn't. Try awarded.

This all started with Lakai. Great ballrunner.

    Miller converts the try.

    25 - 9 NZ

    A few random thoughts.

There seems to be something Fitzy about Bell. Headgear? Looks to be in the ear of the ref like Fitzy too.

Good to see our scrum going so well at this level. Even when the reserves came on.

Our backs seem to be creating space comfortably.

Why does the ref say it was a NZ knock-on? It seemed to come of someon'es head. Maybe I saw it wrong.

I loved how the Argies needed two big men to stop Moli.

Bell has been replaced by Tuputupu.

Argghh, Michaels drops the ball, and the Argies go for a run. Ha, and Michaels wins the ball back. Great defence.

That was a great individual try from Springer! Hasn't seen the ball much, but he took this opportunity with both hands!

First time I notice Hurley. He must have been on the field for at least 10 minutes.

Is "scrambling" the favourite word of this commentator?

Argie line-out but NZ steal it. Lam knocks on.

Final attack from the Argies ...

Good to see NZ getting a better contest from the Argies than from Fiji.

Despite the points margin, I think the Argies played reasonably well. They lost it in the 2nd half.

For NZ, I think the stand-outs wer Bell in the forwards and Godfrey in the backs.
Most players played well, but I'd prefer changes to the backrow. Lakai and Sititi should start. Midfield, I'd like to see how Rova & Te Hiwi go (Higgins to the bench).
I'd love to see Godfrey at 10 (can Cashmore play fullback?), but today's 10 - 15 combo did work, so they could keep it. Miller definitely not a starter.
Back to Moli and Siale Lauaki as starters. Maybe combining Holland and Beehre at lock.

The physicality shown by our pack is reassuring, but it's a pity we can't test it against more teams. It will be good to have the World Cup back next year.

Tell me. Hotham. Where from? Relationship to BF7s player? Pronunciation of name?

    Spent time in Putaruru.

Knew a couple of Hothams, pronounced Hoe-tham.
