84.9kg this morning, 2.9 kg to go.

Did some posing at the gym the other day (wife instructs, so went down while it was closed), and was able to angle the mirrors so we could see out backs. Huge confidence boost, can actually see muscles popping out now where previously there was just a big slab of meat!

Abs showing now too full time, and lost of other bumps and things that have not been there before, all good.

Food intake now not such a task, have cut back on a few of the TEN cups of veg I was meant to eat a day! Also getting used to less carbs, two cups of rice at lunch and an apple at bedtime, not much, but keeps me going!!

I eat a couple of cups with lunch and another three with dinner.

That blended idea sounds most vomit inducing Kea!! I will have to try it <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

It'll look the same on the way in as it does on the way out at least.

Depending on the vegetables they can end up tasting like fruit smoothies. My wife made me eat some for a while until we got sick of cleaning the blender...

nah, with a bit of experimentation of the types of veges and add a little fruit it'll be nice to drink. Go raw, not cooked soup, and fresh, good for ya.

Kirwan's right

84.1 this morning on scales, training been going well, managed to survive a few later nights and not ruin training next morning.

Watched a comp in the weekend, the Waikato champs, and three girls from the Whanga gym competed, placing first in womens barbie doll, first in novice physique, and 4th inbarbie doll. Bloody inspiring to be there and see the reults from these girls, they looked wicked.

Visit to PT tomorrow, and we have our coreographer going through our routines tomorrow night too. Amazing the people that are willing to help out and have expereince in this sort of thing that come out of the woodwork when they see what is happening.

Local Sterling SPort also coming to the Party with an interest free HP agreement for a spin bike for our evening cardio sessions - matching the deal we could have got in Tauranga. Like to keep things local!! Rowing machine too noisy to be cranking out a half hour in the living room at 7 pm!!

So all going good at this time!!

well, I have shrunk - in height. 1.78m means I have to weight in at 80 kilos come October ten. Currently between 84-86 depending on what time of day I weigh in!

So my cardio has been upped to 4 x 40 minute sessions a week, weight sessions and eating remain the same.

Also the start of our couples routine run through last night, and it is wicked - will be a lot of work for my two left feet, but ten weeks to go. If we nail this, the crowd, as they say, will go wild!!

And as always, super amped up after a visit to the PT.

83.9 this morning, with my new diet and extra cardio sessions now need to weigh in each day, as 3 weeks before next PT visit, so have to keep track and be losing or else will get harder down the track having to lose more in less time..!! Spin bike should be arriving today - yay!

Sunday morning after hour and a half walk / run (you know the track hooroo, the one we ran) weighed in before any food intake at 82.7kg. So that goal weight of 80 kg probably not that far off, especially once these extra cardio sessions start tom bite!!
Mainlander - yes, they worked for me within days, and when I don't take them, feel the pain coming back too...

So time to does up on more than eh WTW!!!
Seem to be working for me as well, or at least on one Knee, the other is still being a problem, not while jogging but more at night, have to sleep with it hagging over the side of the bed, any sideways pressure by the bed wakes me up in real pain. Am having a specialist have a look at it in 4 weeks as I reackon it's going to be another op on it, don't know when I'll be able to fit that in though.

OK, a real weight of 83.4kg this morning - 6.2% body fat.

Legs today, and the three sets of 20 reps, minute rest in between. so that is 138% of my bodyweight for 20 reps. No wonder it hurts for those last ten of the last set - almost like 10 singles!!
