<p>Yeah, nice pop pass. Now if only he could work on the accuracy of his passing from the ruck, then maybe the AB selectors wouldn't prefer someone that hasn't played any footy in 6 months over him in important tests. :)</p> -

This ruling that you can't put more guys in to the ruck is really not in line with the key to rugby - contest for possession. It's also really allowing attacking teams to commit one guy, withstand that and the defense can't bring more guys in... I'm not sure what I don't like about it, but it looks a bit weird seeing the attacking team taking no heed of protecting the ball 'because the contest is over'...

Fifita may be an allblack by the end of the year. But I see him more at 6 than 4. Incredible potential.
