24-3 at ht. Could be another hiding. Hope not though

It's already a hiding. Landers have enough problems with talent let alone when they don't have 5 of their best players

That imported five eighth is a bit average defensively.

I think he'd carry a few extra kilos better than most.

Where is Gardiner ? He was Canterbury's best loose forward in the NPC and played well for the All Blacks XV. Is he injured ?

Defending teams need to put someone in the air for 5 m lineouts because the odds on the attacking team scoring are higher.

Berry has missed some obvious knock-ons from attempted tackles/wraps.

    Lovely try.

Can't imagine that's how Dermody drew it up at halftime

Very lacklustre start from the Landers in the 2nd half. Half hearted passing and catching.

That was a bit too easy but still a decent kick by Havili

This will be a cricket score fast if the Landers don’t wake up.

    Really poor crowd

It’s Melbourne bro, one rugby game is what most can take. Plus the 6pm start doesn’t work great for getting into town.

Crowd seems to have got better at half time. Quite a few Rebels jerseys up my end of the field now.

How the flying fuck was that lineout not blown up as "not straight"? Whitelock had to take out outside his left shoulder ffs.

The crowd looks to be building on TV.

@KiwiMurph definitely harder to offer anything when you don’t hold on to it or catch it….

Should move Ethan to 7 and have Gardiner at 6.

I think I would prefer Ennor and LF to switch. RM, Havs, Ennor just lack direct penetration for me vs competent teams.

Ennor looks a million bucks compared to Goodhue early doors
