Not when the NZ players are worse.

The other franchises have all the decent 10s. If we want to develop depth and competition at a national level then having good 10s (or potential 10s) not even making the 23 is a waste.
Chiefs even sent one to Japan for a year as he would have been a waste of training kit.

I did not enjoy explaining to the cantabs fan next to me, when they asked who our 10 was because he didn’t look like a 10…that he has more than 10caps for England…
