Asked that question last week. I thought all of these refs were instructed by the same boss? Very noticeable differences between the kiwi and Oz refs

I thought the funny one was demanding that a player go off for blood as he wanted to speed things up then made everyone wait while a replacement was notified and jogged 50 metres
