Fuck sake. That Faiva guy is garbage. Hope we don’t see him again this season.

He's rubbish. Surely there's some better than him. Very poor 2nd half

45-42. At home vs the Force. At least they won

Yep, except the HB quota has already been reached so he's playing in the States. 🙂

Where did that Saffa halfback they just interviewed come from? Is this his first year at the Force? I missed his name.

Apart from one intercepted ball in that messy last 5 minutes, I though young Godfrey went very well in his first start for the Canes.

Yeah he was solid. If Cameron’s injury is serious he could play a few mins this year.

Coaches showed how hopeless they are when they went down to 14 men. Inexcusable really

The Canes draw is an easy first half (finishing with the Highlanders next week) and a tough second half (starting with the Chiefs the week after)

Last week gave me some hope that we can manage the 2nd half. This week its gone. We have the players but not the coaches disappointingly. Although Jamie Mackintosh seems to have improved our forwards performance

Unless Morgan or Love come back he almost certainly will. The only other option would be Barrett at first

Just on the off-chance, he's not from Hawkes Bay is he?

Not growing up. But he plays for them now in the NPC though.

It's Gareth Simpson and he has spent a period playing at my Wellington Football Club but learnt his game in Sth Africa, pretty sure he has British parentage along the way. Can't remember where he went when he left the Axemen but was at Worcester when they went bust earlier this year.

Just got home from the game, and have to say it was ok. Was impressed with young Godfey, boy looked ok, especially as confidrncr grew, he doen't shirk defence either. Sinkinson was ok on wing too. Canes were virtually down to 12 for most of last 10 minutes, Cameron off, Sullivan looked to have a bad arm injury (almost looked broken wrist type thing) and Iose was crippled, but they still were trying for bonus point try.
