I don’t think they did. The replay of the tackle showed a clear knock on by the next guy. Bizarre officiating

What is Meg Ryan blabbering about in commentary? Leon shouldn't be pulling his hair out, this is systemic. He's the coach. He's at fault.

they have had zero ball to be fair to Sotutu.... but Choat seems to be a lot more prevalent

It seemed so obvious both in real time and in the replay that they must have checked it, unless they were too preoccupied by the late hit. Shocking officiating if they didn't.
